Clerical/Delivery Support Representative (DSR) - Office/Warehouse Environment
Duties:
* Answers telephone, screens calls, schedules appointments, customer calls.
* Heavy customer service and dispatching.
* Organizes office, files and supplies.
* Determines priorities and multi-tasks.
* Prepares invoices, data entry and other accounting functions.
* Maintains historical records by filing documents.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Reporting, general routing and tracking delivery routes throughout the day.
* Communicating with delivery teams throughout the day.
Skills/Qualifications:
Data Entry Skills, Computer Literate, Thoroughness, Organization, Attention to Detail, Decision Making, Dependable, Team Player, Internal Communications, Results Driven, Bi-lingual with Spanish required.
Schedule: This location is open 7 days per week. We are hiring for two different shift positions. 1) Thursday - Monday: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. 2) Saturday - Wednesday: 3:30 pm to midnight.
Full time employee position. Rate: $12.50-$13.50/hour DOE.
