Ballreich Bros., Inc. has an opportunity for an IT Technician. The IT Tech will work collaboratively with in office end users as well as our sales representatives in the field to deliver IT services including desktop and mobile device support as well as the appropriate support documentation.
Desired Skills and Experience:
1.) A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent in education and experience.
2.) Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3.) Must possess strong time management and prioritization skills
4.) Candidate must be willing to be available for occasional off-hours work and on-call duties as assigned.
5.) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word and various databases including SQL Server.
6.) Proficiency with Windows, including desktop operating systems, 2008 server, active directory and exchange required.
7.) ERP System Experience is preferred.
