Manufacturer in New York Mills is looking for experienced Electrical Technician to maintain, upgrade and install existing and/or new equipment. Installation, setup, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of equipment electrical and mechanical systems including but not limited to: robots, PLC's, drilling, spot welding, roll form, injection molding, blow molding, granulators, grinders, ultrasonic welders, screen printers, punch presses, and general purpose automated/manual machines. Must be able to test and repair existing electrical lines, circuits, systems, fixtures, panels, switches, breakers and controls. Must be able to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and plan corrective actions including but not limited to performing necessary repair work. Qualified candidate must have 5 plus years' experience maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems of manufacturing equipment and facilities. Must have excellent problem solving skills. Experience and or general understanding of robotics, PLC, Blow and Injection Molding and assembly equipment preferred. AAS degree in engineering preferred.
