Responsible for the successful installation of running track surfacing and any associated equipment or products while working with and maintaining a budget. This position is a working Crew Leader with additional supervisory functions. Experience may include flooring, roofing, landscaping, paving, concrete coatings. Must be able to operate small machinery; forklift. Must have supervisory experience running a crew. Computer skills required for keeping time records; checking weather; expenses; reading plans; specs. Responsible for training crew as needed. Must be organized; timely; work to deadlines; good with people. Must be able to travel. Valid Driver's License; clean driving record; clean background check; mandatory drug screening; Will need to get DOT once hired if you don't have it already.
